Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tradeflow platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, tournament participants, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

Description of Service

Tradeflow is a trading performance platform that provides tools for trade journaling, performance analytics, community features, and live trading tournaments. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes and is designed to help traders track and improve their performance. Tradeflow does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Tradeflow reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to terminate your access if eligibility requirements are not met.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Tradeflow immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Tournaments

Participation

By entering a Tradeflow tournament, you agree to compete using live trading accounts with real capital, as specified for each tournament. Entry to tournaments is free unless otherwise stated. Tradeflow reserves the right to verify the authenticity of trading performance and disqualify any participant found to have manipulated, falsified, or misrepresented their trading results.

Prize Distribution

Prizes will be distributed to verified winners within 30 days of the tournament conclusion. Tradeflow reserves the right to withhold prizes pending identity verification and compliance checks. Prize amounts and structures are listed on the relevant tournament page and are subject to change for future tournaments.

Disqualification

Tradeflow may disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, uses prohibited trading strategies as defined in the Tournament Rules, or otherwise acts in a manner that is inconsistent with fair competition. Disqualified participants forfeit any prizes or benefits accrued during the tournament.

Live Events

Participants who qualify for live events (such as the top-25 event in Marbella) must confirm their attendance within the timeframe specified by Tradeflow. Hotel accommodation provided by Tradeflow is non-transferable. Travel expenses are not covered unless explicitly stated. Tradeflow reserves the right to modify or cancel live events due to unforeseen circumstances.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems • Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Tradeflow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from Tradeflow.

User Content

By submitting any content to the Service (including profile information, trading data, or communications), you grant Tradeflow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tradeflow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Trading involves significant risk of loss and Tradeflow makes no representations regarding the suitability of any trading strategy or the accuracy of any performance data displayed on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradeflow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall Tradeflow's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Tradeflow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Tradeflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.

Changes to These Terms

Tradeflow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
