Tournament Rules

1. General

These rules apply to all trading competitions hosted under the Tradeflow brand. By participating in a Tournament, you agree to be bound by these rules in full. Tradeflow reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, with notice provided to participants where reasonably practicable.

2. Eligible Instruments

All tradeable instruments available on the designated broker platform are permitted. There are no restrictions on asset class, including but not limited to forex, commodities, indices, equities, and cryptocurrencies.

3. Leaderboard & Ranking

The leaderboard is determined exclusively by percentage gain on the trading account from the start of the Tournament. Absolute profit in monetary terms is not the ranking metric, only percentage gain is. The leaderboard is visible throughout the Tournament and is updated in accordance with the broker's reporting intervals. Following the close of the Tournament, all leaderboard results will be manually reviewed and verified by the Tradeflow team before any prizes are confirmed or distributed. Tradeflow reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose results do not hold up to verification.

4. Extra Life

If a participant's account balance reaches zero or is otherwise considered blown, the participant has the option to purchase one (1) additional live entry ("Extra Life"). Upon activation, the Extra Life resets the participant's account and allows continued participation in the Tournament. Each participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Extra Life per Tournament.

5. Deposits & Account Integrity

Outside of the initial entry deposit and the purchase of an Extra Life as described in Article 4, no additional deposits into the trading account are permitted for the duration of the Tournament. Tradeflow and its brokerage partners actively monitor account activity. Any participant found to have made an unauthorised deposit will be immediately disqualified and removed from the leaderboard without entitlement to any prize.

6. Prize Distribution

Prizes will be paid out no later than thirty (30) days following the official close of the Tournament. Where a live event is held in connection with the Tournament, Tradeflow will aim to distribute the majority of prizes during that event.

7. Third Party Prize Pool Dependency

Tradeflow operates its prize pools in partnership with third party providers, including but not limited to brokers and sponsors. Where a third party is responsible for funding or facilitating the prize pool, the following applies:

7.1

In the event that a third party delays its payment or transfer to Tradeflow, Tradeflow reserves the right to delay prize distribution accordingly until the funds have been received.

7.2

In the event that a third party fails to pay Tradeflow entirely, Tradeflow shall not be held liable for the nonpayment of prizes funded by that third party.

7.3

Notwithstanding Article 7.2, Tradeflow will always make reasonable efforts to ensure prize distribution and will pursue all available remedies against the defaulting third party in the interest of its participants.

8. Disqualification

Tradeflow reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion in the event of:

Unauthorised deposits as described in Article 5

•

Manipulation, abuse, or exploitation of the broker platform or competition mechanics

•

Any conduct deemed contrary to the integrity of the Tournament

•

Results that cannot be verified upon manual review

Disqualified participants forfeit any and all entitlement to prizes.

9. Disputes

All disputes regarding leaderboard results, qualification, or prize eligibility must be submitted in writing to Tradeflow within seven (7) days of the Tournament's close. Tradeflow's determination following manual review shall be final and binding.

10. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with a Tournament shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of The Netherlands.
